In the spring of 2019, BioFire Diagnostics requested assistance hiring for over 100 positions across a range of departments. As the lead copywriter, I concepted "Ignite Your Career." The campaign used geofencing and demographic data to target factory workers in the Salt Lake Valley looking for higher-paying jobs. After two weeks, the digital campaign was paused due to an overwhelming response from applicants. All positions were filled after two fully booked hiring events were held.
